Payment Due

You pay, I’ll bake! Payment is required up front so that I can source your cute cutters, spectacular sprinkles, fabulous food colors and the perfect packaging. Your payment will reserve your pick-up date too!

No show = No cookies

Your cookies are best enjoyed fresh. Not showing up to the agreed upon pick-up time, forfeits your order. Need to reschedule your pick-up? No problem! Please reach out two days prior to your pickup time.

Refunds

I can offer refunds up to 24 hours after the payment has been accepted. Unfortunately, after that time, I cannot offer refunds as your cutter order has likely already been placed. But the good news – you get the cookies!

Delivery Clause

All orders are porch pick-up only in Saco, Maine unless otherwise agreed upon.

Change Cutoff

Decisions are tough! But we’re here to help. Order changes can be made until one week prior to pick up. After that, all change requests will be under consideration but not guaranteed.

Inspiration

Thanks a ton for sending those inspo pictures! They are just that – inspiring. But your cookies may not be perfect replicas – we’ll try to keep it close.

Covid Care

We know that you can’t control when you have come in contact with a person who has Covid, and we want to work with you. Need to reschedule your event? Lets chat, cookies are beautiful and tasty even after being frozen.

Price Adjustments

All prices are subject to change. Prices are often dictated by ingredients costs. I’m always trying to provide the best tasting cookies to my clients. This also means that I can’t honor old pricing (because the grocery store won’t honor their old flour prices – darn it).

Product Photography

Say Cheese!! We create replicas of client orders to photograph these pretty sweet lookin’ sweets. If you do not want your cookies in the spotlight, please let me know at the time you place your order. Secrets are safe with me.

Pictures are worth a thousand words

But they are not always accurate. Colors and lighting in photos may be slightly different than what you may end up with. Also, cookies in photos may not be true to size! (which is a bummer, I’d frankly love to eat an 8.5x11 inch cookie!!)

(that didn’t rhyme – I’m a baker not a poet). I require a minimum of 1 dozen! Need fewer? Stay tuned for a popup shop announcement on my Facebook or Instagram page!

It’s All Yours Now

Once you pick-up your order, what happens to your cookies is all on you! Keep ‘em safe, keep ‘em room temp, and keep ‘em out of direct sun!

Ship Shape

As much as I would love to hand deliver each and every batch, unfortunately, I often need the help of USPS. I do my best to package these cookies for a rough ride, but broken cookies are a possibility and a non-refundable risk you take when placing a shipped order. I can’t guarantee that “rain, sleet, snow or hail” won’t delay your order, refunds can’t be offered – but know that they’re on their way. Once tracking information is provided, claims for lost orders can be placed with USPS.

Allergies?

Baked goods are often made with foods that can be known allergens. While I can do my best to accommodate I can’t always accommodate allergy-conscious orders. Please do reach out – I may have a perfect referral for ya!

Cottage Food Laws

This order has been made in a licensed home kitchen. Our kitchen is not nut free, egg free, dairy free, gluten free. Boring disclaimer, but we have to say it per the law.

In Sickness and in Health

While death will never do us part, you’re consuming food and with the consumption of anything there are inherent risks. Choking hazards, food illnesses, and allergic reactions are possibilities – albeit hopefully far reaching.

Weather Clause

If pickup is impossible due to inclement weather, your order will be heat sealed for a later pickup date. Unfortunately, no refunds can be offered due to weather, but we will make sure your order is kept as fresh as possible!

Bulk Order

Due to the custom work required for each cookie, we are unable to extend discounts regardless of quantity. If you have a specific budget you are working with, feel free to let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to offer you a solution that fits your budget.
